What Vegans Eat – Day 266


Breakfast: Good morning. It’s a cold cereal kind of day. Our cold cereal is organic rolled oats, chopped organic apples, organic shredded coconut, organic raisins and organic flax seeds topped with organic soy milk (made with soy beans and water only).
Lunch: The weather is incredible and we are eating outdoors, Kale Salad and Cabbage Soup.
Dinner: How about Hot Dog and Rice Soup? All the leftovers happily joined together for this one – Cabbage Soup, Avocado, Cooked Brown Basmati Rice and Field Roast Frankfurters. I especially love avocado pieces in cooked soups or stews.
