Breakfast: It’s Thanksgiving week and that means pie for breakfast! This raw pecan pie is made with nuts, dates and spices. It’s real food and real sweet. A breakfast treat.
Lunch: The leftovers continue: Baked Tofu, Tempeh In Crosta, slices of La Baguette, and Olive Bread, Carrot Sticks, assorted homemade vegan cheeses.
Dinner: Since lunch was heavy, dinner was light. Gary made green smoothies with kale, apple and pear juices, banana and maca powder.
Evening: The day began and ended with pie! Apple Pie with So Delicious Ice Cream.
