Brunch: For some reason we both slept in very late. I think we were tired. Breakfast came late too so I’ll call it brunch. And it was savory. A Romaine lettuce salad with reheated brown rice pasta with Gary’s Spicy Marinara with peppers and eggplant. And I had a cup of green tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon
Dinner: Since we’ll be traveling in a couple of days it is time to empty out the refrigerator! Leftover Thanksgiving Cornbread Stuffing was stuffed into a new Red Kiri Squash and topped with Mushroom Gravy. We had steamed Collard Greens and Onions too. And I drank the steaming water afterwards mixed with a little maca powder. It was delicious and I didn’t want to any of those vitamins to go to waste.
Evening: It’s hard to believe but we still have leftover Apple Pie! It was served with Rooibos Vanilla Almond tea.
