Breakfast: We woke up very late after an incredible evening of fine vegan food, vegan wine and innovation. I wanted the simplest food. I made oatmeal with just rolled oats and water. Nothing else was in it, no fruits, no nuts, no seeds, no spices, no salt, no sugar, no milk. It was what I craved and it was good. I made a pot of Bai Mu Dan tea too.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Lime, Ginger
Dinner: Still savoring the memories and flavors from the night before we continued to rejuvenate. Only a mountain Kale Salad could do that, tossed with tahini dressing and brown rice.
A side of plain, organic, lovely yukon gold and orange sweet potatoes made a satisfying meal.
Evening: For a fine finish, we enjoyed a rejuvanating sweet treat that we call The Rejuveganator.
