What Vegans Eat – Day 384


Breakfast: Gary was off to acting class. I found his leftover polenta/oatmeal cereal and reheated it with a little water. I topped it off with blueberries and enjoyed it with a big pot of Jasmine tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lime, Ginger
Dinner: A simple kale salad and Field Roast Sausage with the remainder of the Cha Cha Chickpea Chowder made a fine meal.
Evening: A night after the Oscars we took in a double feature: Spotlight and Trumbo with Teecino and Cashew Cream, spiked with a little Maker’s Mark Bourbon and Peanuts!
