Breakfast: It’s time for ice cream for breakfast! This treat was made with Blueberries, Frozen Spinach, Soy Milk, Maca Powder and Flax Seeds. It was so much fun to eat. It’s so good but you want to eat it slowly. Watch out for brain freeze.

Lunch: More frozen Spinach Sautéed with Buckwheat and Onions, served with the remaining Marinated Tempeh, Sprouted Corn Tortillas and Guacamole and Black Bean Salsa.

Daily Green juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots
 
Dinner: After cooking the chickpeas, we had a late night meal of them along with Millet and Seed Caesar Dressing.
