What Vegans Eat – Day 460


Breakfast: It’s berry, berry good: Waffles with a Blueberry/Strawberry compote. The best.
Daily Green juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots

Dinner: We enjoyed a satisfying feast of Black Bean Soup, Romaine Lettuce Salad, Marinated Tempeh, Organic Sprouted Corn Tortillas and a Guacamole Salsa.
