What Vegans Eat – Day 482: Special Travel Edition


Breakfast: Every day should start like this with a luscious bowl of fresh Strawberries.
Breakfast of Steel Cut Oats and English Breakfast Tea was served with What A Fish Knows, the book I am reading to prepare for my interview with author, Jonathan Balcombe. It’s a fabulous book about fish, their intelligence, their skills, and so much more. As they say in the film, Finding Nemo, “Fish are your friends, not food!”
Lunch: Another pool side GIANT salad with Baby Kale, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Lime Juice and Avocado. I could eat like this all the time. Oh, I do!
Dinner: We had a light dinner of Corn Thins and Peanut Butter, along with Cherries and Grapes.
