Breakfast: We had Rolled Oats with Fresh Strawberries, Flax Seeds and Soy Milk and Green Tea.
Lunch: There was a memorial celebration at Gary’s brother’s home where we are staying for their Aunt who recently passed at 101 years old! It was lovely to hear what people had to say about her and watch the presentation of photos and stories that had been prepared about her life. The event was excellently catered by Parsley Sage Rosemary & Time. There was food for everyone, even the vegans. I started out with Badoit sparkling mineral water. I haven’t seen Badoit in the states before and I used to drink it all the time when I was living in France. The bubbles are so tiny, I love it! I also loved the homemade Ginger Ale. My favorite dish was the Grilled Polenta Tiles with Chanterelle Gravy.

The fresh Endive Salad was crunchy and sweet.
I especially loved the clearly labeled signs in front of each dish. No questions necessary.
Dinner: Another visit to Veggie Grill. Gary got his B-Wing Salad and I got a special seasonal menu item, the Mediterranean Salad.
