What Vegans Eat – Day 505: Special Travel Edition

Breakfast: Let’s go to Hobee’s! There are only 6 remaining Hobee’s restaurants. We typically go to one n Palo Alto but we decided to try the one in Cupertino. I think they may have heard my complaints about the salt! The last time in Palo Alto and this time in Cupertino, the dish was not salty. The curry mix they used to add to the tofu had too much salt. Now it’s just right! Thank you, Hobee’s!

Snack: There was a little bit of birthday cake leftover calling my name loudly. I ate the cake and the voices went away.
 
Dinner: We are staying in Gary’s sister and brother-in-law’s house and so we are using their kitchen. I cooked up some Red Lentils with Celery and prepared a Chopped Salad made with Red Cabbage, Celery, Carrots, Tomatoes, Slivered Toasted Almonds and Tahini Dressing. Ezekiel Sprouted Grain tortillas were serve along with it and Teavana Rooibos Blueberry Bliss Ice Tea.
