Breakfast: This was a rough day. As I explained in yesterday’s post, the Cacao Nibs shake we made kept us up all night. I tried to get things done throughout the day but it was painfully difficult. We began with breakfast. Cold cereal sounded good, nothing too difficult. We had Rolled Oats with Apples, Bananas, Raisins, Walnuts, Cinnamon, Strawberry Coulis and Coconut Milk, served with Sliced Oranges and English Breakfast Tea. In my sleepy stupor I realized Gary was getting ready to leave for his scene study appointments. I couldn’t imagine doing anything. I don’t know how he managed it.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collard, Lemon, Carrots
Dinner: I came to a little later in the day with the help of a lot of black tea. I actually made coffee but I never drank it! When Gary got home we walked to Green Zenphony. It was good to get out and walk a little bit. We tried something different – Eggplant in Ginger Sauce served with Brown and Red Rice.
Of course we had the Stir Fried Pea Pod Leaves. They always look the same. And they are always delicious.
We had the Veggie Beef Chow Fun too.
Evening: No Theobromine shakes this evening! Just some water and off to bed for a good night’s rest.
