This was a simple eating day after the holiday feasting.
Breakfast: We eat a lot of oatmeal and it’s never the same. This Oatmeal was cooked with pears and dried apricots and topped with leftover Fruit Compote. It was served with sliced oranges and black currant tea
Daily Green Juice: Kale, collards, celery, lemon, lime
Dinner: Leftover Winter Pho with Mushrooms
Evening Snack: While watching the 40th Anniversary of Saturday Night Live Special we nibbled on Apples with Peanut Butter, raw Carrot Sticks with Little Seed Caesar Dressing, 2 Brazil Nuts and Peppermint Tea
