Breakfast: Oatmeal is back. It’s been days since I had any and this one was exceptional with Coconut, Blueberries, Apples, Raisins, Cinnamon and Flax Seeds and Vanilla Black Tea. With the fall chill in the air this meal warmed by belly up and kept me going all day.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger
Dinner: Gary made a big Kale Salad and Tofu No-Egg Salad (which is so easy to make!) and served it with the Pumpkin Spice Bread I made a few days ago so we could make sandwiches. I took our my homemade Red Cabbage Sauerkraut that I started about 2 weeks ago. It’s now tart, tasty and crunchy. This was a good dinner with second helpings of everything.
