What Vegans Eat – Day 614


Breakfast: Frankly, I can’t imagine life without Corn Thins! How did we exist so long without them? I remember while living in France enjoying the popular store brand boxes of wheat “toast” or biscuit (bis-qwee) as they call them in French. Rice cakes are okay but never got my interest. Corn Thins have it all, crunch, flavor, a thin yet sturdy vehicle for schmears and they are organic. We had them with Genmaicha tea and organic apples.
Lunch: The last of the cooked black beans were reheated with added Cumin, Turmeric and Parsley and served with Millet.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, celery, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger
Dinner: A fresh Romaine Lettuce salad tossed with Seed Caesar Dressing added to our feast with reheated Coconut Curry Bean Cake and Black Beans.
