What Vegans Eat – Day 636


Breakfast: Oatmeal does it, easy. With raisins, apples and soy milk and Breville Tea Maker brewed Jasmine Tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots.
Dinner: Gary had spent the afternoon at his acting class. I was working on some ancient items on my “to-do” list that I finally finished. I was exhausted. Somehow after he got back, Gary prepared a gorgeous Roasted Head of Cauliflower with Baked Lemon Tofu, Sweet Potatoes and Tahini Dressing
It all looked so good on the plate too!
