Breakfast: It was time for a regular favorite, buckwheat waffles. I eat them plain. Gary likes them with maple or agave syrup and peanut butter. And I made Jasmine tea.
Lunch: I had made millet and red beans 2 days before anticipating making veggie burgers and finally got to it. It was worth the wait. Taking a break from our Happy B’Earthday Revue preparation and rehearsing, we got to chopping and made the burgers, the buns and baked sweet potato fries for lunch.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Lime
Dinner: Burger test: how do they stand up cold? Even better than hot! And especially lovely served with a “cocktail” of water, lemon and strawberries.
Evening: Peppermint tea
