What Vegans Eat – Day 694


Breakfast: The kitchen water is off again. Our food today will be simple because we don’t want to have too many dishes to wash in the bathtub and because we’ll be leaving tomorrow for California and we’ll be clearing out what we have. We set up the Oatmeal Bar for Cold Rolled Oats Cereal with Banana, Coconut, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seeds, Cinnamon and Soy Milk served with Pink Grapefruit and Vanilla Tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Red Cabbage, Celery, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon.
Dinner: The remaining Cranberry Beans and Guacamole was served on Romaine Lettuce leaves with Homegrown Daikon Radish Sprouts. I topped my plate with Shiitake Mushrooms.
Evening: And yes, we had Cookies! There are plenty of our Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies to last a while.
