Breakfast: It was Oatmeal with Chia Seeds, Walnuts and Soy Milk today with Kukicha Tea.
Lunch: After our 4-hour rehearsal day, we went to Khahn’s It was close and we were hungry. We ordered a bunch of Tofu rolls which we devoured quickly. I got the Lemongrass Tofu.
Gary got his Rice Vermicelli Vegetable dish.

Evening: We had an evening snack made from our four favorite food groups: Corn Thins, Apple, Chocolate, Peanut Butter served with Lavendar Mint Tea.
