Breakfast: We are still here! Our flight to New York was canceled, thanks to Stella and we are in California for a few more days. Fortunately we haven’t finished up the food yet. We had Rolled Oats with Berries, Chopped Almonds, Flax Seeds and Soy Milk and English Breakfast Tea. Plus fresh oranges! Cousins Nancy and Wade brought us a big bag of oranges and lemons from their tree. Will we be able to fit them in our suitcases?
Lunch: Leftover Salad with extra Roasted Peppers and Maitake Mushrooms began a great, quick lunch.
Smoky Paprika Red Lentils were the next course.
And a couple of leftover slices of Gluten-Free Pizza with Arugula Pesto.
Dinner: I was not hungry at all but Gary made a few Corn Tortilla rolls with Field Roast Smoky Tomato Slices. I had one followed by lots of Hot Water with Lemon.
