Breakfast: Some of our food orders have arrived and we’ve got the best Sesame Tahini on the planet, made by Artisana Organics. Yes, they are expensive but life is short and the flavor is so worth the experience. Gary made Apricot Butter. We celebrated our good fortune with Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas, Bananas, Tahini and Apricot Butter, Genmaicha Tea and Flax Crackers.
Dinner: With Sesame Tahini in the house, I made a White Bean Hummus which we had with Carrots and Flax Crackers. I warmed up the Stuffed Squash and served it with leftover Kale Salad.
Evening: I mixed an evening brew of dehydrated Lemon Rinds, dehydrated Ginger, Chamomile and Peppermint.
