Breakfast: I was in the mood for a classic American Saturday morning breakfast – a Scramble with Home Fries, Pink Grapefruit and Tea. I got to chopping and Gary made the Teeccino with Whipped Soy Milk. Watch him whipping up that milk.
He uses a Deluxe Stainless Steel Milk Frother that his cousin Nancy gave us. Thanks Nancy!

The final work of art – Saturday Breakfast. I created a new recipe I am calling Caryn’s Eggs served with Home Fries and Pink Grapefruit.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon
Dinner: We are out of fresh produce which is a great excuse for Gary’s Spicy Marinara, with Spaghetti and Tempeh.
Evening: For dessert, some simple Frozen Vanilla Cream Oatmeal Cookies.
