Breakfast: A bowl of Fruit, Nuts, Seeds and Almond Yogurt is morning’s perfection. I made a new batch of Almond Yogurt yesterday. Warning, it’s addicting!

Lunch: It’s another hot day in May. Time for giant Salads on the terrace, made with Romaine Lettuce, Tahini Dressing, Tomatoes and Red Onion. And lots of water, with lime. Stay hydrated.

My frozen Chocolate Mousse is a lovely hot day treat.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon
 
Dinner: Still too hot to cook. We ordered in, Avocado Maki, Sweet Potato Maki and Seaweed Salad. We ordered from this little place we like. We used to ask for maki made with brown rice and they would frown but agree. Now they have added it to their menu. Stay squeaky!
