What Vegans Eat – Day 832


Breakfast: I am hooked on Almond Yogurt. It is just perfect. I kept my bowl simple with Yogurt and ripe, sweet Pears.
Daily Green Juice: It’s been perfect walking weather. As New Yorkers we walk a lot but we have been walking even more in the last few weeks. It’s a wonderful exercise, a good time for talk and to see the neighborhood as it becomes more green and lush and fragrant with flowers. We stopped at Ripe Juice Bar and Grill for green juice. We always get their Achilles with Spinach, Broccoli, Kale, Cucumber and Celery.
Dinner: Gary added prunes to his Spicy Marinara to cook the Tempeh in. It was spicy, tangy and sweet. The dinner was complete with Baked Potatoes topped with Kite Hill Cream Cheese and Chives, Steamed Kale, and Applesauce.
