Breakfast: I shared Gary’s morning hot beverage, Teeccino with Soy Foam, and I sprinkled mine with Cinnamon.

Breakfast was a treat with Doughnuts and Slice Oranges. These doughnut are guilt-free. Check out the recipe.
The hot weather of June has arrived and it will be over 90oF today. I got prepared and made a couple of iced herbal tea blends. This one is with Hibiscus, Lemon and Mint.
Lunch: When I was young and it was hot outside, the go to family meal was Bananas and Sour Cream topped with Sugar. I thought about it and made an updated version for lunch: Chopped Apples, Pears, Oranges and Figs with Almond Yogurt. No sugar necessary. We ate on the terrace which makes every meal taste even better.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Carrots, Lime, Ginger.
Dinner: On our walk we picked up some New Potatoes at the local Farmer’s Market. Later I went across the street to pick up some tropical fruits. I can only thick about eating tropical fruits when the thermometer hits 92oF. I found Avocadoes and Organic Tomatoes for a reasonable price along with Pineapple, Papaya and Cantaloupe. For dinner we made a buffet: Kale Salad with Little Seed Caesar Dressing, Almond Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato and Onion Salad, Guacamole and Roasted New Potatoes.
My Burrito Boy rolled up everything a Sprouted Whole Grain Tortilla with extra Salad and Potatoes on the side.
I went without the Tortilla.
Evening: While watching the Tony Awards we drank Iced Rooibos Chai tea and enjoyed Pineapple and Papaya chunks.
