Breakfast: Our Oats Appreciation Week must include waffles! We made our Light and Crispy Waffles, served with sliced Oranges. I eat my waffles plain. Gary likes them with Maple Syrup and Bananas.

Dinner: When it’s hot outside I want to eat light and simply. We had a big Kale Salad with shredded Carrots and Tahini Dressing, Baked Potatoes topped with Almond Yogurt. This Almond Yogurt is so versatile and a great substiture for sour cream.
