Breakfast: I made a lovely breakfast cereal bar with individual dishes of chopped Apples and Bananas and Raisins, along with Cacao Nibs, Shredded Coconut, Flax Seeds, Walnuts, Almond Yogurt, Soy Milk and the star ingredient – Rolled Oats! Grapefruit was served on the side along with Cold Jasmine Tea.
Here is the final result, a work of art.
Daily Green Juice: I made a new batch of green juices, keeping two servings out for Gary and me to drink and freezing the rest for the week. This batch was made with Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lime and a lot of Ginger.
Dinner: After my radio show, which was fantastic by the way, please listen to it here, I sat down to two big bowls of Carrot Lentil Soup. I had starting cooking the lentils before the show and Gary took over and made it into soup.
Evening: Later on Gary had his Carrot Lentil soup and made a pot of Brown Basmati Rice, which we topped with Tahini Dressing. For me, this is the ultimate comfort food.
