Breakfast: We had eaten late last night and I was not hungry in the morning. But it’s always important to drink fluids, so I did. I treated myself to Vanilla Black Tea. I made a pot and drank three cups throughout the day. I have not had black tea in awhile.
Lunch: Gary made a pot of Brown Basmati Rice. It was so fragrant while it cooked. We had some with marinated Tempeh, Avocado and Cashew Yogurt. I added some Pacific Northwest Mushrooms (a blend from Fungus Amongus) and dusted everything with Nutritional Yeast.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon
Dinner: I was not hungry again until late in the evening. I took a small bowl of Rice and topped it with Chia Seeds and bits of Nori.
What was I doing? The bowl was too small and it wasn’t what I wanted. I dumped it all into a pot with some water and a tablespoon of Sesame Tahini. After it boiled I took it off the heat and added some Chickpea Miso. It became a delicious, comforting soup.
Evening: Fresh Pineapple was our evening treat.
