Breakfast: What supplements do we take? In the morning, there is always a Vitamin D. We recently began trying Dr. Fuhrman’s Immune Biotect with berries and mushrooms. Once a week we take a B12 and sometimes we take a zinc. We are also committed to taking a DHA/EPA liquid from algae. Here in the spoons are the last of the DEVA brand we have been taking. Tomorrow we’ll start on Dr. Fuhrman’s brand.
It’s the third day of Sourdough Crepes and I think they are better than the first or second days, served with Blueberries, Fig Butter and Almond Yogurt.
This is what I call Pancake Art! Every bite is a masterpiece.
Dinner: We began our evening meal with Kale Salad, massaged with Tahini Dressing and tossed with Sunflower Seeds.
Yesterday’s lunch of West African Peanut Stew and our evening meal of Tempeh with Millet in Tomato Sauce, came together in a dish that was something like a Risotto. It’s fun to see how cooked food for one meal evolves into something different for the next.
Evening: For an evening treat we had Frozen Sliced Bananas. I topped mine with Cacao Nibs.
