Breakfast: Just like the day before, I craved a cold oats cereal but this time, I wanted it topped with blueberries. How lucky am I to get what I want when I want it!
Lunch: This was a major green event. I loved it! Kale Salad with Millet, Collard Greens with Onions and my Daily Green Juice which contained kale, collards, celery, carrots, lemon.
Dinner: I was gearing up for a big night, being a part of the Food Revolution Healthy Eating Power Hour. Gary made me the most amazing creamed spinach. The sauce was so simple, made from nondairy milk, miso and nutritional yeast. It was crazy good.
