Breakfast:
My Two Kind Mushroom Congee was just what I wanted for breakfast.

Lunch: There were plenty of Sludgie materials (Kale stems) collecting in the refrigerator. I made a batch blending a little water with the Kale Stems, Celery, Carrots, Bananas, Cacao Nibs and Lemon. I took a big glass and froze the rest in three jars. I love my Sludgies!

Dinner: We were wanting to go to the Animal Advocates event For Mayor de Blasio With Russell Simmons at Candle Cafe West but couldn’t confirm until the last minute. Although I am a bit sleep deprived and have tons of work to do I thought it was too important an event to miss, so we went. And I am so glad we did. It was an amazing party. The speeches by Russell Simmons and Mayor de Blasio were both quite moving. The atmosphere was full of love. And the conversation and food were great! Every plate of appetizers that came out was stunning. I had to snap my pictures fast because the food disappeared quickly. I wanted to lick the plates clean!

Dinner: I wanted to stay all night but I had work to do and was planning to get up early tomorrow to take my dad to a clinic for a medical treatment. When we got home Gary made a Kale Frittata.
