Breakfast: Most days are the same here at Responsible Eating And Living Headquarters, we don’t differentiate much between weekdays and weekends. But this Saturday felt like a weekend and I was craving savory, stick-to-your-ribs brunch food. So I made it: Vegetable No-Egg Omelettes with Cashew Cheese Sauce, filled with sauteed onions, baby spinach, red peppers and corn. I was satisfied.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger
Dinner Breakfast was so good and I made extra which we got to enjoy for dinner along with leftover Asian Slaw and Cauliflower Stew.
Evening: We had some cake slices from the day before. A perfect treat with Teeccino.
