Breakfast: Good ol’ Easy Oats. Sometimes only oats will do, this time with sunflower seeds, flax seeds, raisins and coconut milk.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger
 
Dinner: I had a busy afternoon and evening with my radio show and the first Plant-Powered & Thriving Class with John & Ocean Robbins. Gary made Joe’s Special to keep me energized and satisfied for the longs hours ahead. It worked.

Evening: An evening treat of spicy baked sweet potato fries.
