Breakfast: The night before’s party food makes a fantastic breakfast: Mango Salsa, Melons, Chickpea Flour Flatbread, Crudités and Dip.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon
Lunch: Romaine Lettuce Salad and Spicy Sweet Potato Fries.
Dinner: We knew we’d be living on a trip in two days so the leftover melty cheese sauce went into the remaining tomato vegetable bean soup. It was delicious and tasted a lot better than it looked.
Evening: More birthday cake!
