What Vegans Eat – Day 112 (Special Travel Edition)

Breakfast: We were excited about getting to the airport for our flight and just had some tea before leaving. My choice was Genmaicha.
 
Lunch: Some smart thinking the night before led to some satisfying food while in flight. Our chinese food leftovers were chopped up together with brown rice and traveled very well with us along with some homemade gorp (peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins) and oranges.

Dinner: We met family in Los Gatos at Aldo’s Ristorante. I had a fresh Radicchio Salad and Grilled Artichokes.
 
Evening: We packed some of our favorites bulk teas and enjoyed a cup of peppermint tea before going to sleep. Our hosts, Mark and Tammy, left us some fresh cut melons and pineapples which were so good after a long day.
