Breakfast: We often takes turns making meals and it happens organically. No one says, it’s your turn to make breakfast, I did it yesterday. Although lately Gary has been making many more meals than me as I work to finish a project. This morning I was making waffles for Gary, Fruity Corn Waffles, one of our favorites.
When Gary saw me making waffles, he made the fruit sauce to go with it – Blueberries, Bananas and Raspberries. Go team!
Lunch: Gary presented the leftover No-Egg-Omelette-Soufflé with a fresh chopped Kale and Cabbage Salad tossed with Apples, Red Onion and Seed Caesar Dressing. He knows I love chopped salads!
Dinner: It was my turn again. I dug up an old Responsible Eating And Living recipe: Tempeh Skillet Dinner made with Tomato Sauce, Onions and grated Tempeh. I served it with Millet, Steamed Collards and Chopped Red Onion. I put Mushrooms on top of mine and Gary topped his with Sriracha Sauce. To each his own.
A little later we had dessert: Pears and Bananas.
