This was a big day of making food and very little eating! Gary and I created, prepared and photographed 9 recipes for the upcoming Food Revolution Summit. I made Baked Sweet Potato Toast and nibbled on the small, odd shaped slices that would not work in the photograph. Later, Gary and I shared one topped with Peanut Butter and Banana.

I ate three Mushroom Chorizo Tacos after photographing them. I should have been hungry after not eating much all day, but I wasn’t. Still they were yummy and I enjoyed them.
