Breakfast: And the rehearsal marathon has begun! We got up early. We made tea to fill up our large thermos bottles, Teeccino for Gary, Maté for me. We had our Rolled Oats bowls with Pears, Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Cacao Nibs, Raisins and Soy Milk.
Lunch: Last night we made big batches of Red Lentils and Quinoa. I brought some for lunch. This is what I plan to eat all week.
Dinner: In between the teen and adult rehearsals we went to the Pressed Juicery for some Freezes.
