What Vegans Eat – Day 1259, Travel Edition – Bay Area, CA


Lunch: The crazy work week has begun again: 9:30am-4:30pm with our teen cast and 6:30pm-10pm with the adults. I filled our Thermos bottles with tea. The two glass jars that used to contain Bionaturae Strained Tomatoes I have repurposed as water bottles and filled them with distilled water and Lemon. For lunch I put together Greens with yesterday’s Bean Stew, more Polenta, Cherry Tomatoes, Avocado and Celery. I brought all the ingredients with me, left them in the refrigerator and plated it when it was time for lunch.

Dinner: During our dinner break we had more of the same.

Evening: After the evening rehearsal we stood at the kitchen counter and ate Cherries, Apples with Peanut Butter and Almonds. That wasn’t enough. We sat down and each had a bowl of Rolled Oats with Apples, Raisins, Cherries and Soy Milk.
