What Vegans Eat – Day 1261, Travel Edition – Bay Area, CA

Lunch: Everyday the show gets more defined, with the cast getting comfortable with their lines, staging and music, as we add set and prop pieces to the rehearsal. I prepped two containers of Rolled Oats, Apples, Raisins, Bananas, Cinnamon and Soy Milk for Gary and me. I put Cacao Nibs in mine too. We had them during our lunch break.

 
Dinner: I had cooked a pot of Buckwheat and another of Polenta on Sunday. We finished the Polenta and started on the Buckwheat. During our dinner break, I put together our meals – Buckwheat with Garbanzo Beans and Tomatoes, Green Salad with Avocado and Pumpkin Seeds. Everything had lots of fresh Lemon squeezed on top. For dessert we had Tangelos, the ones that are growing on the tree at the house we are staying in.

 
Evening: For our evening snack we had Cherries and a little dark Chocolate.
