What Vegans Eat – Day 1262, Travel Edition – Bay Area, CA


I brought along our Rolled Oats breakfasts with Raisins, Apples and Soy Milk. This meal had to hold us all day. Tangelos were included.
During our break between the teen and adult rehearsals we repeated yesterday’s dinner of Buckwheat, Garbanzo Beans, Greens Tomatoes and Avocados with lots of Lemon Juice. I added Sauerkraut to my plate.
After a very long day we were not in the mood to do much of anything. We had Celery Sticks and Peanut Butter, Apples and Raisins.
