Breakfast: Fresh organic strawberries make our every day rolled oats breakfast seem like a luxury hotel special!
Lunch: All the restaurant food lately has got me craving kale salad. This one had organic bell peppers and grape tomatoes, massaged to perfection with avocado and apple cider vinegar. A leftover piece of Vegetarian House “Firecracker” spiced it up.
Dinner: We threw a last minute party at the Vegetarian House. There were about 25 of us. Gary and I arrived early and I ordered a Jasmine tea. I thought I was going to get a pot of hot tea but the server misunderstood me and brought me an iced jasmine tea with soy milk. It was so good! I was grateful for her mistake. I got distracted once the guests arrived and didn’t photograph all the food but you can get an idea of what we had for main dishes from the dinner dishes we had two days before at the Vegetarian House. (See What Vegans Eat – Day 129). We usually don’t get dessert when we go (we have no room left) but this was a party! We got to sample the banana fritters with vanilla ice cream.
And the raw Lovely Lemon Cheesecake.
And the raw Miracle Chocolate Tart.
