What Vegans Eat – Day 1361


Breakfast: This breakfast was fun. We warmed up the leftover Sweet Potatoes and Crepes, sliced some Bananas and took out our favorite schmears, Peanut Butter, Sesame Butter and put everything together.
Apricot Butter.

Lunch: It was time for a visit to my mom’s home. My choice for lunch is the Cheesecake Factory because I like the Vegan Cobb Salad. Mom said she wanted hot food, since it was cold and rainy outside but she ended up choosing the California Guacamole Salad.

Dinner: I was happy to get back to our cozy home on this cold day. Gary heated up the Red Lentil Soup and made a Kale Salad.

Halloween was a couple of days ago and there is plenty of candy remaining calling our names. We relented. I had an mini Ocho Chocolate Bar.
