Lunch: Our Yellow Split Pea Soup became a delicious Cheesy dip with added Miso, Nutritional Yeast and a squeeze of Lemon. It was good for pouring over Millet and as a dip for the Baked Yellow Potatoes. We also had a big Kale Salad.
Dinner: We are working on another big project. As I worked at my desk, Gary brought me a very needed smoothie made with Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas and Soy Milk.
