What Vegans Eat – Day 1410

Breakfast: Rolled Oats are back on the plate. And why not? They never disappoint. Today we had them with Soy Milk, Blueberries, Flax Seeds and Walnuts.

 
Dinner: I made a new spread with Pumpkin Seeds, Black Wrinkled Olives, Miso and Nutritional Yeast. Who needs dairy cheese with tasty combos like this one? No one! Today’s “REAL Food Plate” had Black Beans, Quinoa, Millet with Carrots and Onions, Yellow Split Pea Spread and the new Pumpkin Seed Spread. Orange and Purple Sweet Potatoes were my dessert.

 
Evening: We didn’t eat much today and it was late when I dug into the leftover Kale Salad from yesterday. It was very satisfying.
