I am thrilled to have a refrigerator full of fresh made juices. I began the day with organic Carrot Juice mixed with a little Ginger and Lemon Juices.
Later in the day I cooked some organic Red Lentils that I had soaking since the morning. I love eating them plain like a porridge.
For a snack I had oganic Celery Juice with Lemon and Ginger Juices and an organic Pear.
For the “big” meal, I sautéed organic Red Onion, organic Garlic, organic Bok Choy and boiled an organic Purple Sweet Potatoes. When the potatoes were done I mixed them with everything else.
I had defrosted an organic Green Juice made with Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots and Lemon. It was waiting for me and I drank it late in the evening.
