What Vegans Eat – Day 155


Breakfast: I love summer thunder storms. The rain came down fast and furious and was over in no time at all. We enjoyed our breakfast oatmeal out on the terrace admiring the fresh drops.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Lemon, Carrots
Dinner: Using the oven on a hot summer day is probably not the best idea, but we wanted roasted veggies. We sweat a little bit as a result but it was worth it. Roasted cauliflower, carrots, onions, sweet potatoes and white potatoes with kale salad made the day before plus some baked tofu with a spicy barbecue sauce.
