What Vegans Eat – Day 158

Breakfast: We were off on an all day road trip. I brought along plums, apples and pears and Raw Revolution Organic Bars. This was breakfast.
 
Lunch: We didn’t stop for lunch but munched on millet avocado maki as we drove.

Dinner: There and back again – we got home just before Simple Veggie was closing and got to enjoy some favorites like the Hot Pot Veggie Lamb.
