What Vegans Eat – Day 1595


First Meal: Basics – organic Oatmeal with organic Blueberries organic Flax Seeds, organic Raisins and organic Walnuts. Gary’s secret is adding in a little organic Polenta to the Oats while cooking.

Second Meal: This is how we treat ourselves. An evening at Green Zenphony. It comes with a brisk walk in both directions. This is my latest favorite, the “Fish” soup. We had sautéed Broccoli too.

Today they gave us Watermelon instead of Oranges for dessert. Another perfect sweet taste to end the meal.

Snack: I love melons. Especially in warm weather or when I need something refreshing. This did the trick, organic Cantaloupe.
