First Meal: This never get olds. It’s Rolled Oats time with Pumpkin Seeds, Blueberries, Raspberries, Bananas, Pears, Raisins and Soy Milk.

 
Snack Meal: More pie please! This is a winner. You should try it!

 
Second Meal: Another quick and yummy meal. I reheated the cooked Green Cabbage with water, Tofu and some Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder. I stirred in some Red Barley Miso when it was done. Delicious.
