First Meal: I have a lot to do today. I made a quick and satisfying soup with cooked Millet, Shiitake Mushrooms, Red Onions and a little Barley Miso.
Second Meal:
I’m on a deadline and working to finish up today. Gary came to the rescue and served me a variation on the Asian Slaw using Almond Butter in the dressing in place of Sesame Seeds and Sesame Oil. It was gone fast and I wish there had been more but I used half of that head of cabbage in my Borscht.
I had the Borscht a couple of hours later to make the meal complete.
Treat: There were two remaining Steel Cut Oat and Millet Waffles in the freezer. We warmed them up and put a little Rawmio Halzelnut Spread on them. They taste like doughnuts! Better than doughnuts.
And they go well with Teeccino, frothed Cashew Milk and a dusting of Cocoa.
